Information collected

The project intake collects the details you choose to provide about your organization, role, project, systems, timing, budget context, name, email, and optional phone number. It also records a submission time, source label, consent, and pseudonymous request fingerprints used for abuse prevention.

How it is used

CorLuca uses this information to assess project fit, respond to the inquiry, protect the form from abuse, prevent duplicates, and maintain an accountable inquiry record. It is not sold or used for unrelated advertising.

Storage and service providers

Submissions are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database. When email delivery is configured, a limited notification and confirmation are sent through Resend; the full project narrative remains in the database. Hosting infrastructure may process ordinary request information needed to deliver and secure the site.

Analytics and cookies

The current site defines privacy-limited interaction events but does not connect them to an analytics provider. Form answers and free-form text are never included in those events. CorLuca does not currently set advertising or analytics cookies.

Retention and requests

Qualified inquiries may be retained for up to 24 months to support follow-up and business records. Declined, duplicate, or abusive submissions are targeted for deletion within 90 days. To request access, correction, or deletion, submit a new intake labeled as a privacy request and include the email address used in the original inquiry.

Changes

This notice will be updated when providers, analytics, retention practices, or data uses change. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date.
